We check and approve the quality of the coffee bean sample from the country of origin.

STEP 2

We check and approve the quality of the coffee bean sample from the country of origin.

STEP 3

We perform another check at the port of arrival, where a sample is taken and sent to Belluno.

STEP 4

We check and taste the roasted sample at our Roastery.

STEP 5

Our expert tasters perform weekly checks on each of our blends.

FSSC 22000. FSSC 22000 is a food safety reference standard recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

ISO 9001. The norms of the ISO 9000 series specify the requirements for quality management systems within a company. They are general and flexible norms, applicable to diverse company sectors and processes. ISO 9001 is the best known and most widely-used standard for quality management systems worldwide.

ISO 45001. It is an international standard that specifies the requirements for a workplace health and safety management system and gives directions for its use, to allow organisations to offer safe and healthy workplaces, preventing injury and health problems while proactively improving workplace health and safety.

Rainforest Alliance. The Rainforest Alliance is an international non-profit organization working to create a better future for people and nature. www.rainforest-alliance.org

USDA Organic. USDA organic standards outline the specific requirements that must be verified by a USDA-accredited certifying agent before products can be labeled organic.

Agricoltura Biologica. This certifies that the product has been cultivated and treated without the use of chemical substances. It guarantees that production processes are in conformance with the specific requirements for working with raw materials of organic origin, starting from the prevention of contamination by other, non-certified raw materials.

Halal. This certifies that this food product has been processed in accordance with the methods allowed by Islamic law.

Kosher. This certifies that the product is suitable for consumption and conforms to the dietary requirements of the Jewish tradition.
